Global practices and laws in favor of disability employment are changing, especially in Africa, Asia and Europe, and we must adapt to these. Together, we will find innovative ways of improving disability employment. The 2019 Summit will address three main subjects crucial to improving opportunities fof competitive integrated employment for people with disabilities: laws and policies; responsibility of companies; and skills and access to higher education.
